Shipping & Processing TimesUpdated 9 days ago

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends. If you require an order by a specific day, please contact contact service for assistance and our team will do our best to fulfill it as quickly as possible. Most orders placed after 11am may not be processed until the following day, and orders made after 11am EST on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday (or the next full business day that is not a holiday). We ask that you allow up to 7 days for processing orders of carriers and beds. Please allow additional processing and transit time for all orders during holiday seasons, when there are often delays. 

Delivery windows shown at check out at are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include weekends as transit or delivery days. Transit times are carrier and location dependent, please check tracking details for updates. 

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses often experience delays and will be delivered within about 14 business days. To ensure more timely delivery please consider upgrading your shipping option to priority or express.  

Most orders with standard economy shipping are sent via USPS or a partner carrier. If you require shipping via a specific carrier please contact customer service when placing your order to request a change. Certain carriers may incur additional charges. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact customer service for assistance. Once an order has been picked and labeled we may not be able to change the carrier but we will do our best to ensure your package reaches you. 

Domestic orders that do not track for 14 or more days, and international orders that do not track for 20 days, are eligible for a replacement order at no charge.  Please report a lost shipment at your earliest convenience, those reported 45 days or more after the last tracking update will not be eligible for replacement.
