We ask that you allow up to 5 days for processing an order. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday (or the next full business day that is not a holiday). Please allow additional processing and transit time during holiday seasons, when there are often delays.
Delivery windows shown at check out at are estimates and do not include Saturday as a transit or delivery day. Transit times are carrier and location dependent, please check tracking details for updates. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be shipped based on local fulfillment time, delivery windows are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed. Orders to Hawaii often experience delays, to ensure more timely delivery please consider upgrading your shipping option to priority.
Most orders with standard shipping are sent via USPS. If you require shipping via a specific carrier please contact customer service when placing your order to request a change. Certain carriers may incur additional charges. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact customer service for assistance. Once an order has been picked and labeled we may not be able to change the carrier but we will do our best to ensure your package reaches you.
Packages that appear to be lost in transit require a 14 day waiting period from the last tracking update before a new order can be requested.
