Thanks for reaching out! We're happy to process an exchange or a return for you.

To get the return process started, please go to our return portal wagwear.returnly.com
and follow the steps. You will receive a return label and be able to 
choose the item you would like for your exchange.
There are no fees for exchanges.

Your exchange order will be created once the Post Office has scanned your return label

***Please note ***if you are returning for a refund: 
While we do not charge any additional fees to exchange, we do ask that should you be returning an item, 
that you pay the cost of the return shipping and handling, at a discounted flat rate of $8.
If you do not want to pay the return fee, please send the order back to:

Size Guides

After removing excess dirt, soak in warm water and dish soap for 15 minutes. Use a toothbrush to get off any tough stains. If stains persist, try covering stain with toothpaste or a paste of baking soda and water, let sit for 5 minutes, scrub using toothbrush and repeat the first step as needed.
