We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Go to LOOP to get started. 

If you need help with figuring out the right sizing for your dog or with any return or exchange orders please contact [email protected] to assist. Please also refer to our other Help Center articles with more details about sizing and measuring your dog properly before placing your exchange order.

Orders can can be dropped off at a Return Bar location or you can opt for a shipping label and drop off at any USPS location. Returns (excluding exchanges) will be charged the cost of the return shipping and handling at a discounted flat rate of $7.  Follow the prompts in the Loop portal to submit a return request and arrange for shipping that is most convenient for you.

Exchange orders within the United States are free of charge. You may exchange for the same item in a different size or color easily and at no cost. In the Loop portal, simply select the reason for the exchange and then exchange for something similar.  Choose your new color and/or size and follow the prompts to complete the return.

Exchanges other than a change in size or color of your original purchase are also free. Click on "Return Item or Shop for Something New" and: 

  1. Follow prompts to continue shopping back on our website
  2. You will be taken to our site where you can select new items to go into your shopping cart
  3. Once you are done adding new items to your exchange, click "checkout" in the shopping cart
  4. Choose a return shipping method for the original purchase
  5. Select either "Instant Exchange" or "Send My Exchange After I Return." Instant exchange will allow you to receive your new product now, a hold will be placed on your credit card until the original product is received back, at which point it will be released
  6. The new order will be shipped to you with a new order number

For exchanges of a FULL SET of boots for FOUR SINGLES, follow the prompts to "Return Item or Shop for Something New" and select the four singles you need from our site.

All returns will be checked for their condition upon receipt and are subject to charges if they do not meet return requirements.

International Returns:
If you are returning an order from outside the United States you must arrange your own shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method and send tracking details to our customer service team so we can assist in making sure you receive your product refund once the return has reached us. We do not offer free international exchanges, orders must be returned for a refund and you may place a new order for different items. If you received an order with any issues, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
