Do you think your WagWellies® are too small?

Please read below before you start an exchange:

Our WagWellies® are designed to fit snug. You may need to stretch the opening some to get over the paw. We find gently pressing the width of the paw together while using your pointer finger to gently shoehorn the rear of the paw into the heel of the boot works best. The boot size should be as close to the size of the actual paw as possible with not a lot of wiggle room. If you can get them on, you likely have the correct size, and there's no need to go a size up. Make sure the dewclaw is tucked safely inside the boot for protection. The velcro should be tight, with the strap positioned beneath the wagwear label. This will function as a stopper to keep the strap in place. Lastly, if the boots are impeding on the carpal pads, and you are sure you have the correct size, we suggest trimming the rubber down to the top of the velcro to make space between the pad and the boot.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. For all domestic returns please go to LOOP to get started. 

If you need help with figuring out the right sizing for your dog or with any return or exchange orders please contact [email protected] to assist. Please also refer to our Help Center with more details about sizing and measuring your dog properly before placing your exchange order.

Please take extra care when trying on shoes, wear them on a clean indoor surface, and avoid wearing them outdoors until you’ve decided that they are right for your dog.

RETURN FEES AND POLICIES:

  • Opt into Checkout+ for $2.98USD when placing your order for Free Returns  Protection.  By opting in, there will be no additional fees for refunds.  Checkout+ cannot be added after an order has been placed
  • If you do not opt in, there is a $8 shipping fee for returns. Exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase.
  • Wagwear does not refund original shipping costs
  • All returns will be checked for their condition upon receipt and are subject to charges if they do not meet return requirements
  • Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds, please contact customer service for an exchange if the size needs to be adjusted

EXCHANGES:

  • All orders include a free exchange.  We encourage customers to take advantage of our Instant Exchange option in Loop to compare sizes if you are unsure about fit.
  • For exchanges of the same item in another color or size, go to the Loop portal and simply select the reason for the exchange and then choose your new color and/or size. Follow the prompts to complete the return.
  • For exchanges other than a change in size or color of your original purchase, click on "Return Item or Shop for Something New" and: 
  1. Follow prompts to continue shopping back on our website
  2. You will be taken to our site where you can select new items to go into your shopping cart
  3. Once you are done adding new items to your exchange, click "checkout" in the shopping cart
  4. Choose a return shipping method for the original purchase
  5. Select either "Instant Exchange" or "Send My Exchange After I Return." Instant exchange will allow you to receive your new product now, a hold will be placed on your credit card until the original product is received back, at which point it will be released
  6. The new order will be shipped to you with a new order number
  • For exchanges of a FULL SET of boots for FOUR SINGLES, follow the prompts to "Return Item or Shop for Something New" and select the four singles you need from our site.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
International customers are not eligible for Checkout+.  If you are returning an order from outside the United States you must arrange your own shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method and send tracking details to our customer service team so we can assist in making sure you receive your product refund once the return has reached us. We do not offer free international exchanges, orders must be returned for a refund, and you may place a new order for different items.
