At this time we don’t offer exchanges, but we do offer returns for store credit! Returns for store credit will receive an additional $5 credit added to their gift card.
When initiating a return, you can access a prepaid shipping label or instructions to a drop off location. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new condition, packaging intact, clean and free of dog hair. All refunds are subject to inspection.
For international returns, you must arrange your own return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and sending that info to our customer service team so we can assist in making sure things run smoothly and you receive your product refund.
