The delivery notices can be premature. Therefore, we ask you allow 48 hours for it to show up after the tracking shows as delivered. In the meantime, you may ask around to your neighbors. It is also a good idea to contact your local Post Office, as they might have more information.

If after 72 hours your package is still missing, please contact us to get a replacement.
