Delayed and lost ordersUpdated 2 days ago

Packages that appear to be lost in transit require a 14 day waiting period from the last tracking update before a new order can be requested. Delivery windows shown at check out at are estimates and do not include Saturday as a transit or delivery day. If after tracking your order your package appears to be lost, please contact customer service for help.

For orders that show as delivered in tracking updates but were not received, we ask you allow 48 hours for them to show up as delivery notices can be premature. In the meantime, you may ask around to your neighbors and/or contact your local Post Office for more information. If after 72 hours your package is still missing, please contact us for assistance.

Orders placed with expedited shipping will be shipped based on local fulfillment time, delivery windows are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed. If you require an order by a specific day, please contact contact service.
