We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, therefore we have a small window in which to make changes once you have completed checkout and placed an order.
If your order was made within three hours of 9:30am - 10pm EST from Monday through Friday please be in touch with Customer Service and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Please be sure to send us your order number, email address, and complete details regarding the changes you will need. Outside of these hours and without the details needed to locate an order, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes and your order will be sent as it was entered during checkout.
