We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, therefore we have a small window in which to make changes once you have completed checkout and placed an order.
If you wish to update an order please be in touch with Customer Service at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your changes if your order has not yet been processed. Please be sure to send us your order number, email address, and complete details regarding the changes you will need including any address updates. Without the details needed to locate an order, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes and your order will be sent as it was entered during checkout.
